Ruby Holloway

HOLLOWAY, RUBY, age 90, born April 5, 1924, was one of 10 brothers and sisters all born and raised in Miami, Florida by her parents, Luther and Pauline McKeehan. Ruby passed away September 18, 2014. Now the only survivor of all the children is Lena, loved by all. After graduating from Miami Senior High School, Ruby married William "Bill" Virgil Holloway who passed away many years ago. She and Bill had three children - Beverly, Bill Jr. and Len. They provided five grandchildren - Jeannie, Carrie, Ralph, Danny and Ryan, who produced five great grand-children - Tessa, Sienna, Caitlyn, Luke and Jalen. After a successful career in real estate, Ruby served our community for many years as a librarian at the Miami Public Library in downtown Miami, Florida. Ruby and Bill were very loving parents who inspired us to love each other and remain close over the years.
