Mr. Edmond "Ed" B. Gregg

January 30, 1939 -

December 21, 2024

JONESBOROUGH - Mr. Edmond "Ed" B. Gregg, age 85, Jonesborough, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024, at his residence.

Mr. Gregg was born on January 30, 1939, in Washington County, Tennessee to the late Marcell & Stella Ruth Ryans Gregg. He was also preceded in death by a sons, Ricky Glenn Gregg and Timothy Alan Gregg, brothers, Cecil Gregg and Bob Gregg, sisters, Janice Baines, Darlene Carroll, Melissa Dockery and Ruby Casey.

He was of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Gregg was a Carpenter and worked in school maintenance with the Johnson City School System.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Gregg, Jonesborough; children, Eddie Lynn Gregg (Leona) and William Douglas Gregg (Anne); brother, Larry Gregg; and two sisters, Lynda Milam and Fannie Compton.

The family will receive friends from 12, Noon-2:00 pm Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Washington County Memory Gardens with Pastor Josh Grizzle officiating.

Pallbearers will be Doug Gregg, Thomas Gregg, Dylan Renfro, Joe Barnes, Ed Cobb, Dirk Hutchinson and Geoffrey Gregg. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Gregg and Larry Gregg.
