MARION, Va.
Marie Louise Cook, 59, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Ms. Cook was born December 8, 1961 to the late James Howard and Nellie Mae Brewer Hall.
During her childhood and adult years, she loved to play softball with her sister. She was the family caregiver and loved to make Christmas candy for everyone. Above all, she loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Including her parents, she is preceded in death by, husband John Cook; one brother, James "Dub" Hall; one sister, Janice "Darlene" Williams.
Survivors include her fiancé, Charles "Chuck" Delp; daughter, Jessica Williams and husband, Jonathan; son, Travis Riley and special friend, Kathy Clark; dear friend and father of her children, Roger Riley; three brothers, Jackie Hall and wife, Angie, Ernest Hall, and Danny Hall; four grandchildren, Alexis Williams, Madison Williams, William Riley, and Lucas Clark; fur baby, Itty Bitty; also, many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 5 until 7 p.m. on Friday, November 5, 2021 at Frost Funeral Home with a service taking place following visitation at 7 p.m. in the Frost Funeral Home Chapel with Danny Sayler officiating. A graveside service will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Forest Hills Memory Gardens. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:45 a.m.
