January 8, 1946 - May 23, 2021
Mary Virginia Jones went to be with her Lord at age 75, on May 23, 2021, at Bristol Regional Medical Center.
She was active in her community and enjoyed playing sports and singing in gospel choirs. Mary was an avid traveler and liked to spend her time in new places with her beloved family and friends. She was a member of Fellowship Chapel Church in Bristol, Virginia and loved and was thankful for her church community. Mary Virginia Jones was predeceased by her parents, Emory and Gladys Jones.
She is survived by her three brothers, David Jones and wife, Mary Elizabeth, of Blountville, Tenn., Ralph Jones and wife, Dinah, of Bristol, Va., and Tommy Jones and wife, Peggy, of Bluff City, Tenn.
A graveside service will be held at Mountain View United Methodist Church, 11 a.m., on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, with Pastor Scott Price officiating. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are invited to meet the family at the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Fellowship Chapel Church, which can be located at 201 Crockett Street, Bristol, VA 24201.
