Sandra Canter Obituary
Sandra "Sandy" Deloras Canter, age 65, of Bristol, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 12, 2021, after a long illness.
Sandy was born to the late Charles "Monroe" and Jeanette Galloway Canter. She was an accomplished Pianist and spent many years playing for The Bibleway Trio and Shiloh FWB Church, where She was member. In her free time she loved her family, pets, bird watching and reading Her Bible.
Left to cherish Her memory are her son, Jae D. Canter of Bristol, Tenn.; niece, Ashley Blaylock and her husband, Joey, of Bristol, Va.; sister, Angela Vandagriff of Bristol, Va.; brother, Paul Canter of Bristol, Va.; special friend, Rita Marasa of Staten Island, N.Y.; and several nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation with the family will be held from 6 until 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at Shiloh Free Will Baptist Church in Bristol, Va., with Landon Blaylock, Joey Blaylock, Chris Vandagriff, PJ Vandagriff, Micheal Canter, and Ted Blaylock serving as Pallbearers.
The family of Sandy Canter is in the care of Trinity Memorial Funeral Home, 1221 Stewball Cir., Kingsport, TN 37660, (423-723-8177).
