Clifford Peercy Obituary
Clifford is survived by
his wife and their children James William Peercy and wife, Claudette and Cynthia Suzanne Erickson; one granddaughter, Crystal Noel Robbins; two brothers, Charles Pearcy and wife Patti and Robert Pearcy and wife Edie. Clifford was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, William R Pearcy and one son, Matthew Mark Peercy.
A devoted husband, father and grandfather, Clifford served in the Air Force. Upon leaving the military in 1966, he started his married life with Dianne and moved to California where he worked for Angelus Machine Company until 1972. He and his young family then moved to Sherman, Texas where he worked for Texas Instruments and Raytheon until his retirement.
Clifford became a Christian, October 1960 at the Dripping Springs Baptist Church. Upon his death. he was a member of Parkside Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held at Bratcher Funeral Home, Denison, Texas on Thursday February 23, 2017 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.
Graveside services will be held at Cedarlawn Memorial Park, Sherman, Texas on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 10:30 am. Pallbearers will be James Peercy, Michael DeLara, Jefferson Howard, Wayne Curry, Arash Mahboubi, and Richard Pate.

I have some great memories of Uncle Clifford. As a kid, I would spend Summers at his house with James. He & I would spend the whole summer swimming, fishing, riding three wheelers and just generally roaming the countryside. I'll see you soon Uncle Clifford.

I was scrolling through facebook and a school friend from Bells posted a nice message about Cliff. I recognized the name right away. Diane I am so sorry for your loss. I have thought of you and your family often and wondered if you still lived in Sherman. I want to thank you for being a mentor and friend in my Christian walk. For all the times you had Corey over to play as well as the other boys. We have very fond memories like your manger instead of a tree, the treasure hunts and I always think of James on St. Patrick Day. I will be praying for you and the family.
