Jack Goolsby Obituary
Mr. Goolsby was born August 14, 1922 in Colbert, Oklahoma the son of John and Mary (Roberts) Goolsby. He married the love of his life, Izella Dora Butcher. For many years he was a truck driver for United Truck Lines. Jack was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Colbert. He loved the Lord and was also a member of the Colbert United Methodist Church. Jack was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Mr. Goolsby is survived by his loving family, daughter: Jan Morgan of Arlington, Texas; and sons: Craig Goolsby of Arlington, and Tony Goolsby of Colbert, Okla.; four grandchildren: Jerry Warden, David Warden, Charles Brueck and Amy Morgan; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, beloved wife, Izella, two brothers, five sisters and son-in-law, Mike Morgan.
Mr. Goolsby was cremated according to his wishes. There will be a Memorial Service at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 18, 2011 at Colbert United Methodist Church in Colbert, Oklahoma. Pastor Kristy Smith will be officiating.
Memorials may be made in his name to Colbert United Methodist Church, 302 Birney, Colbert, Oklahoma 74733.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home, located at 604 West Main in Denison.
