Anne Stearns, 73, passed away in the arms of her devoted husband, Steve, on May 11, 2022 at their home in Everett, WA. Anne was born in Everett to Lois and Don Solle. She graduated from Everett High School, later earning a BA in Speech Pathology & Education from Western Washington University. After meeting while "cruising Colby" in the summer, Anne and Steve married in 1970 and raised four daughters in Everett. Anne will be remembered fondly as a dedicated mother and educator, with a love of the arts and hugs from her grandchildren. Anne was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Lois Solle, her sister, Donna, and her aunt, Mabel Yenzer. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Steve Stearns; daughters, Carrie Stearns, Erin Stearns (Anthony Perron), Katie (Richard) Turner, and Melissa (Erick) Newbill; and brother, Dave (Carol) Solle. Nana will be deeply missed by her 5 grandchildren, Bri, Hailey, Ainsley, Anna and Louie. A private memorial will be held for Anne's family. Will miss her smile at our reunion in September. I have fun memories of her and Julie and I doing a Supreme´s pantomime in high school. Such a very sad loss to her family. Sending healing prayers to you all.
