Dad, it was so nice to share the super bowl with you and to have your team the Seahawks win!!! You always kept the faith. I miss you and our sports talk I'm still watching the Mariners give them a little push if you can. Thanks for being there when we needed you, you're the best.

The Weisberg's & the Isaksen's think of and miss uncle Bernt. The boys loved hanging around him in Union. I just saw Dad today and he told me again he can't believe Bernt is gone. He misses his Norsk friend and brother in law and the fact that he can't just call him up any more for a chat. Hugs & Love to all of the family........

Thank you all for the heart warming comments on dad. I feel so blessed to have had an awesome father growing up and into my adult years. I choke up reading the comments because everyone of them was so true. I love you and will miss you so much dad. Heaven has gained a gem. Until we meet again I will cherish all the memories.

Through our friendship with Gary & Laila, we got to know Bernt fairly well. Loved all the times we got to spend with him, fishing, at Spieden Island, whale watching. He even joined us for a super bowl party at our house (he won the pool!) Always cheerful and laughing, I know he will be dearly missed. Our most sincere condolences to all his family.

I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER BERNT BRINGING ARNE AND WHOEVER NEEDED A RIDE TO ALL THE LITTLE LEAGUE FOOTBALL GAMES. AND THEIR WERE MANY YEARS OF THIS. AWAY GAMES NO MATTER WHERE WE WOULD PLAY HE WAS ALWAYS THEIR. I VERY MUCH SO RESPECTED AND ADMIRED THIS MAN. HIS LOVING AND KIND FAMILY. YOU WERE ALWAYS GRACIOUS AND WELCOMED ANYBODY INTO YOUR FAMILY WITH OPEN ARMS. I REMEMBER FISHING OFF THE DOCK MANY TIMES. SWIMMING IN LOST LAKE. I REMEMBER ARNE INVITED ME TO THE GAS STATION IN LYNNWOOD TO PRESSURE WASH MY ENGINE IN MY 55 CHEVY IN HIGHSCHOOL. AND BERNT WAS JUST FINE WITH THAT. HE WAS AND IS A LOST TREASURE. MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO THE FAMILY.

I worked for Bob & Andy @ the Richfield station when I was a kid. I would say that Andy was a great role model for all. Honest, hard working, and a great sense of humor. And it says a lot about anyone that can have a business partnership for 30 years and still be friends! I am glad I knew Andy, he was a great guy. My deepest sympathys to his family.

Not a day goes by that when I look at the phone thinking your going to call and ask how the weather is, ask how I am, then ask for Paul so you can give him a play by play Mariner update. We miss you dad. I love you.
