CYNTHIA JUNE HOAGLAND Obituary

Cynthia June Hoagland, 77, of Camano Island passed away in the early afternoon of Thursday October 30, 2025 after an extended illness. Cindy was born on March 15, 1948 in Crookston, Minnesota to Joseph and Evelyn Lawless, the eldest of their four children. After the untimely death of her father, the family relocated to Everett, Washington where Cindy attended Cascade High School graduating with the class of 1966. In 1955 a fifth sibling was added to a new marriage giving Cindy 2 brothers and 2 sisters, Mike (Lois) and Danny Lawless and Mary Jo Schoeben (Warren) and Debe Olrogg. Cindy's primary career was as a domestic engineer after leaving the Title Insurance industry and raising three boys, Sean, Christopher and Ross Hoagland she also adopted Jim's daughter Sandra Williams (Jim) from a previous marriage. She was also instrumental in assisting her husband, Jim Hoagland in making his Title Insurance Agency a success. Cindy was preceded in transitioning to heaven by her father, mother and youngest son Ross D. Hoagland, II and is survived by her loving husband Jim, daughter Sandy, sons Sean and Christopher, brothers and sisters and their spouses mentioned above along with numerous brother-in Laws and sister-in laws, nieces, nephews and her adorable grandchildren Haylee Hoagland, Sienna Hoagland, Davis Hoagland and Maxwell Hoagland. Cindy also leaves behind her special spoiled 4 legged son Harley. At the request of Cindy, no services or memorials will be held. If desired and because of her love for dogs, especially Westies, memorials may be made to Camano Animal Shelter Association 198 Can Ku Road Camano Island, WA 98282.
