Donna Remboldt, 88, of Everett, WA, died Saturday May 29, 2010, at the Bethany at Pacific nursing home in Everett, WA.
Donna Noreen Davis was born August 26, 1921 in the city of Manhattan, Kansas, the daughter of Raymond C. Davis and Alice L. Williams.
She and Erwin J. Remboldt, of Gackle, ND, were married September 17, 1946 in Pasadena, CA. They made their home in Glendale, CA for many years, where she worked at the hospital and raised her family. They retired in southern California, then later moved to Portland, OR, then Hanford, CA. After Erwin preceded her in death in June of 2004, Donna moved to Granite Falls, WA.
She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Marysville, WA. She was also very passionate in serving the lord and devoted her life to helping others in need.
She is survived by her son, Darwin Remboldt, of Simi Valley, CA; her daughter, Susan (Remboldt) Fargher, of Granite Falls; her grandson, Michael C. Moore, of Selah, WA; her granddaughters, Heather (Fargher) Songstad, of Monroe, WA, Kattie Fargher, of Snohomish, WA, and Sarah (Fargher) Jerde, of Marysville, WA; great-grandchildren, Brandon Moore, of Selah, and Jerico Songstad, of Monroe.
The memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., visitation at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 4, at the Solie Funeral Home in Everett, WA. Then a later burial service will be held at the Seventh Day Adventist Cemetery in Gackle, ND.
