Dear Sofia, Bill, and Family, Our deep condolences to you and yours upon the loss of Georgio. We met Georgio shortly after we brought our little baseball team to Everett, a few years after Georgio's Restaurant began. The Everett Giants (later named AquaSox) was a very tough go to start. Bill and Georgio were one of our first sponsors, advertising the restaurant on all the ticket backs. Georgio's remained with us for as long as we owned the ballclub, nearly 20 years. And our family has been coming to Georgio's ever since that time when Georgio and Bill helped give us our start in Everett. We remain grateful and offer our continued thanks. May Georgio rest in peace. And may all of you carry on operating in such a delightful manner what is a terrific Northwest restaurant and community gathering place.

Dear Kaneris Families - My husband and I enjoyed George's smile, friendship and pleasant personality the many years we dined at Giorgio's. We were residents of Everett for many years, retiring and relocating in 1997. Upon our visits to Everett we would treat ourselves with dinner at the restaurant. Please accept my sincere sympathies. My beloved husband lost his battle to cancer in 2006. Those we loved will continue to be the "ones we cherish" in our lives. May our God hold each of you close to him during this difficult time in your lives.

Dear Sophia, I am saddened by the passing of your dear husband, George. You are all in my prayers. I joyfully worked with George at Sparta's when it first opened for three years. He was always my rock. It was a second job for me and sometimes I was very tired, but George always kept me going with his teasing, jokes and warm smile. I love the picture you included. It looks exactly as I remember him. I will always hear his voice calling me "Jorjia" He was a wonderful, warm, loving, kind person and he found the same in you. May God watch over his soul and may He also give you strength and comfort. Memory Eternal.

George hired me when to work at Giorgio's when I was in high school in the 1980's. I can still clearly remember working with George and his dad way back then. He ran a very clean and well organized business, and the food was great at Giorgio's, and it still is great. It was a very good experience for me working for George. George was always a gentleman. He was a great boss, and I learned over the years that he was really a smart businessman. His hard work inspired me and as I eventually went on to own my own restaurant. May George rest in peace! Sophia, you are awesome! I'm so sorry for your loss. Corotas

Bill, Sophia, family and friends... my deepest sympathy. George will be missed. I first met George in 1978 at Spartas...(my first job). He was such a hard worker and I like to think he instilled that value in me. While at college I went to work with George. He was a gentle, kind soul, a good teacher and a good role model. He always made me feel like family and during my turbulent teenage years he was like a big brother to me. I take comfort knowing he is now with our Lord.
