Jerry was preceded in heaven by his son Bobby in 2006.

He leaves his wife Patty of 60 years, son Todd (Terrie) Heichel of Stanwood, daughter Tami (Michael) Warren of Stanwood, his six grandchildren to whom he was a wonderful grandpa, and his great grandchildren. This news hit me hard. Jerry was a good friend back when we fished for Kenai Packers in South Naknek. Lots of good memories of him, Bob and Todd on their boat, the Tami Lee. I offer my condolences to Patty, Todd and their family.
