I knew Joe for many years and had the honor to work for him as a patrol deputy. He was a fine man and a great sergeant. The Sheriff's Office was a better place because of Joe and he put a lot of bad guys away.

Sincere condolences to the Belinc Family. Joe Sr. was a respected man and is greatly appreciated for his mentorship which may have gone unnoticed, but to me I am thankful for the times he was there in the gym and at the fights supporting all the fighters. Even though I was a punchingbag, often bleeding from the nose, he was always kind and firm. His compassion was not wasted as he made me a better person. Thank you Sir.
