Kathleen Stone Obituary

Kathleen Anne Stone, age 71, went to be with the Lord on November 24, 2025, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. She passed peacefully at her Everett home of more than 30 years, lovingly cared for by her husband Bryan Marquardt and daughter Nicole Lemire.

Born to Clifton and Maxine Lee, Kathy grew up in Mukilteo, attended Rose Hill Elementary, and was a proud member of the first graduating class at Mariner High School. She retired from The Boeing Company and enjoyed traveling with Bryan, as well as hosting family gatherings filled with warmth and generosity. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Bruce Lee, and is survived by her husband Bryan, daughter Nicole, brother Ron (Leely) Lee of Mukilteo, and many cousins. Kathy will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and caring spirit. Per her wishes, her ashes will be spread at the Kona Bali Kai Resort in Kona, Hawaii.
