Marcy Clark Obituary

Marcy Reá (Pepperell) Clark, age 43, formally of Snohomish, Wash. much loved mother, daughter, sister, and friend to so many, passed away on June 21, 2014 in Hockley, TX. Born on June 30, 1970, Marcy spent her childhood in Maltby and went to school both in Monroe and Snohomish. She lived in different parts of the country before settling in Texas. Marcy was at home in the country, and enjoyed the rural life. She loved BBQs, swimming holes, music, and most of all, having fun. Her infectious smile, positive attitude, and love of life brightened so many lives. She will be missed by the family she loved which includes her daughter, Savannah Turner, her mother, Barbara (Pruitt) Platt and her husband, Denver, her father, Victor Pepperell Jr. and his wife, Venetta, her sister, Shari (Pepperell) Cornelius, her brother, Nicolas Pepperell, as well as all of her aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, grandparents, and especially her beloved kitties, Oscar and Tux. Marcy was preceded in death by her daughter, Tatianna Turner, her grampa, Victor Pepperell Sr., and her grandparents, Bob and Rose Pruitt. A casual, colorful, Celebration of Life and potluck will be held on July 20, 2014 from 1:00 – 5:00 in the afternoon at her Aunt Vicki and Uncle Ray Keel's home, 10809 178th St SE, Snohomish, Wash. 98296. In lieu of flowers please consider the needs of her daughter. Smile at a stranger, do a favor for a friend or hug your pet, to honor her memory and keep her alive in your heart.

My heart will forever be missing a piece because you took it with you when you left...I take some comfort in knowing your with your little girl whom, in recent months before you left us, you were missing so much! You were my friend but most of all you were family...just like that whole side of the family (Pruitt) accepted me. I love and miss you VERY MUCH. Go rest high on that mountain Marcy....???

It was a huge shock to hear that you had passed away.
We are left to wonder why you had to go so soon. Whatever the cause, God must have seen that you completed what you were put on the earth for and called you home. So we have our memories of you until we are called home and we meet again. Rest in peace Marcy. At least until we get there!!!
