Margaret Ward Obituary
Our daughter, Meggi Ward, passed away peacefully on November 16 at Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland. She was born March 25,1989 in Everett ,Washington.
Meggi grew up in Arlington and went to Lakewood Schools from kindergarten until her junior year when she sustained a head injury. Since that time, she has been lovingly cared for by the nurses and caregivers at Alliance Nursing adult family homes.
Meggi leaves her father Robert Ward, mother Deanna Helseth, brother Samuel Carlyle, as well as her aunts and uncles: David and Judy Ward of Sturgeon Bay,WI, Grady Helseth of Snohomish, Michael Kenison and Gayle Helseth-Kenison of Seabeck, and Brian and Delaree Helseth of Clinton,as well as many cousins and friends.
Meggi was a bright light, and we will miss her dearly. We are so grateful to her caregivers and therapists for helping her have the best life possible these past years.
A celebration of life will be held on January 31st at 11:00 at Marysville United Methodist Church. Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to Orca Network or Lakewood Education Foundation.

Meggi was in the 6th grade when I worked at Lakewood School, grades 6-8. She was very helpful to all of the special students that I worked with. Meggi had lots of friends! I loved watching her interact with the students and adults. She was such a nice and genuine young person. Loved her then, and will always have her in our prayers.
