Nick & Amy, being your neighbors for so long and watching your children grow has been such a pleasure for us. We are so sorry your hearts are hurting and if there is anything we can do besides supply you fresh plums, please let us know. We wish we could be with your family today to help celebrate Nicholas' life but we're now raising our grandchildren and they're too young to understand. Our prayers are with you in this sad time and we hope you reflect on the precious and happy memories you had with such a wonderful son.

I had the privilege of teaching Nick at Arts & Tech High School, where he was an important part of the yearbook staff (and my English classes as well).
