Deanna, Jody, Shauna and Melodie,
You guys did a great job on Ronnie's memorial service; I am glad I attended. I still cannot believe he is gone. I couldn't say this yesterday but here is what I would have said had I been able to speak: "I didn't know Ronnie as long or as well as a lot of people here, but he was a great guy - would give you the shirt off your back, and always put a positive spin on things. Very compassionate and caring. He was the quintessential "colorful character." The world is a little colder and a little less colorful without him in it. "

Deanna, Shauna, Jody and Jaedyn,
I am so sorry for your loss of Ronnie, and the loss is shared by Ronnie's many friends. I did not know him as long as many others did, but he was a good friend and we had some great times together. I have a picture of him, Jerry and Don on my desk that's been there for a long time, and will stay there until I take it with me when I retire.
Ronnie spoke often of his children with great pride - he was devoted to you. And he dearly loved his granddaughter. And of course Deanna.
He will be forever missed.

Flowers family, I am so sorry for your loss. Ron was an AWESOME man in my book. He will be dearly missed by everyone. I will always remember him as someone who could brighten your day just by simply showing up! If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have been envolved in rodeo. Those were some good times and I will have Ron in everyone of my rodeo memories. My thoughts and prayers are with the Flowers family. Now he will be forever watching over all of us.

Deanna, Jody & Shauna,
Life doesn't seem fair sometimes. Ronnie was one of the good guys, and will live in our hearts and memories. He was such a rock for my boys all through the Jr Rodeo years. There was never a dull moment and he always found ways to make us laugh. You just know Rattler was saddled and waiting for him. I hold you all very dear and close to my heart. Keep the faith and love wil lead you through this horrible pain. God bless you all.

Deanna, Jody and Shauna,
Ronnie will always be in our hearts and memories. He is the one who introduced us. Now Larry can hand over Rattler's reins to Ronnie and they can get down to the business of tending to God's cattle and horses. After a good day's work they can tip a cold one with Vonnie. Ronnie is your Angel and he will forever be watching over you.

I met Ronnie "Cowboy" Flowers in the early 1980's when were working on the 767 Static and Fatigue Airplanes for Boeing. He was an absolute joy to be around, as his sense of humor was one of a kind. He was always teasing and pulling someone's leg, and had us in stitches! My thoughts and prayers go out to the Family. May your grief be tempered by the fond memories you'll always carry with you. God Bless!
