Rosella "Sally" Heck

"Sally" to her friends, Grandma Sally to the grandkids, and "you better call me mom if you are one of mine," turned 91 on March 8, 2015. Mom blew out all of the candles on her cake with loving family present. Shortly after, she was admitted to Providence for ongoing age related complications, and passed away on March 22, 2015. One of seven children, she was born in Huff, N.D., a small farming community, to Rose and Lorez Brigl. Sally married Jack in 1946 in Bismarck, N.D., where they started their family with Cal, Karen, Al, and Jim. Moving to Everett in 1955, Duane and Michelle completed their family. Jack and Sally were married for 59 years. Jack preceded her in death in 2005. They are now together in heaven. She leaves surviving siblings: brother, Julius Brigl; sister, Marie Albrecht, of Bismarck, N.D.; a wonderful extended family; loved grandchildren; and great grandchildren. Mom's manner was always loving and kind, forever giving and forgiving to all. her loving ways will always be remembered and she will be sadly missed. A private family graveside service will be held. A public mass will take place at noon on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Church, 2501 Hoyt Ave., Everett, followed by a memorial gathering at Perpetual Help Church in Hansen Hall, 2617 Cedar Ave., Everett.
