Victoria Drosos

Victoria Drosos&bb&Victoria Drosos, age 88, of Everett, passed away on Valentines Day, 2001.&pe&Victoria was born on December 16, 1912 in Chehalis, Wash. to immigrant parents from Greece and married in 1938 and moved to Everett, Wash. Victoria was an&qf& active member of the Greek&qf& community, St. Demetrios Greek&qf& Orthodox Church and charter member of The Daughters of Penelope. Victoria will be remembered for her lively spirit and zest for life.&pe&Victoria is survived by her daughter, Elaine Powlesland of Seattle; grandson, Frank Powlesland; granddaughter, Shannon Pelkey (Casey); and one great granddaughter, Morgan Ann Pelkey.&pe&She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Frank Drosos in 1978 and brother, Peter Zopolis in 1998. Her family and friends will miss her dearly.&pe&Visitation will be at Purdy & Walters with Cassidy on Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday morning before the&qf& service.&pe&A funeral service will be held at Purdy & Walters with Cassidy Funeral Home, 1702 Pacific Ave. on Tuesday, February 20, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. A graveside service and reception will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.&pe&Memorials are suggested to St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church Building Fund.
