Isabel C. Domingos

Isabel C. Domingos, age 89, of Fall River, passed away on May 12, 2016 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur Souza Domingos. Born in Fall River, MA she was the daughter of the late Michael C. and Margaret (Cordeiro) Cabeceiras. She was a parishioner at St. Michaels Church and was an active member of MA Senior Action. Isabel leaves behind her daughter Cheryl Sullivan (husband David B. Sullivan) and grandchildren Caitlin and Brendan; sister Priscilla Gauthier; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Manuel, George, Michael, David and Galvin Cabeceiras and sisters Mary Vilela and Irene Cabeceiras. She loved spending time with her companion Edward Santos and with family & friends, especially her dearest, late friend Lillian Schwartz. The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff at Bristol Elders and Southcoast Hospice & VNA. Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Tuesday here at 9 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial St. Michaels Church at 10 A.M. Interment in St. Patricks Cemetery. Calling hours on Monday from 4-7 P.M.
