Rock Hill, South Carolina - Dianne Hall Irving, 75, of Rock Hill, SC passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Forest Hills Cemetery in Rock Hill, SC with the Reverends Larry Nunn and Rusty Rushing officiating. The family will receive friends after the service and other times at Ms. Irving's home.
Dianne was born on August 30, 1946 in Ft. Benning, GA. She was the daughter of the late Ludney Hall and Elsie Mae Outlaw Hall. She is survived by her son, Richard "Scott" Howell and his wife Barbara, grandchildren: Kirby Howell, Kaytlin Annan, Chloe Howell, and Emily Howell; great granddaughter, Molly Smith, brothers, James Hall (Pam), Ludney Hall (Kim), sisters, Janet Craft (Waitus), Rose Bailey (Mickey), and brother-in-law, William Smart.
In addition to her parents, Dianne was preceded in death by her sister, Kathy Smart and her brother, Rickey Hall.
In memory of Dianne H. Irving, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023 Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.

scott Howell. I have been a friend of your mom for years. We would meet at Harrahs in Cherokee. I am just beyond words to say how I feel. I have tried to call for months but her phone has been disconnected. Please call me at 1-423-239-9533. We are heading to Cherokee tomorrow and will be back friday. Please call me when you can.
