Rock Hill, South Carolina - Judith (Judy) Veasey Glover, Rock Hill, SC went to be with her heavenly Father on Sunday, February 25, 2024.
Judy was born August 27, 1939, in Wilmington, NC to the late John and Helen Veasey.
In high school, in Gastonia, NC, Judy met John and the love between them started.
They married in 1957 and their love never ended. Judy was very active in her church and loved Jesus with all of her heart. She never met a stranger and genuinely loved people. She wanted to make sure everyone she met knew Jesus as their Savior.
Judy spent many Friday nights playing a mean game of Scrabble with her dear friend Judy Wood. She loved watching Perry Mason and Lawrence Welk shows from years gone by.
She loved her family dearly and loved traveling to Folly Beach, SC with them. Judy's other loves were her kitties and grand pups.
Judy is preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Glover, Sr. and survived by a daughter, Johnna Glover, and a son, John Glover, Jr. (Johnny). She is preceded in death by her youngest sister, Susanne Veasey and survived by her sisters, Brenda Andrews and Pat Kistler. She is preceded in death by her niece Kelly Kistler Morrison and survived by nieces, Julie Andrews, Kristin Denzler (Ben), and great nieces, Christine Peña and Rachel Snider.
A celebration to honor her life will be on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 2pm, at The Rock Hill Dream Center Church, 3330 McConnells Highway, Rock Hill, SC 29732. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you make a donation to the American Heart Association or your favorite charity in Judy's name.
Parker Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Johnna and Johnny, I am very sorry for your loss. I loved your mother. She was the most awesome lady! From food Lion to Amway to life in general , she was there for me. Always an ear to listen, advice to give and hugs and laughter. I will treasure those memories. May God give you peace and may you feel His grace!´
