York, South Carolina - Mrs. Alethea "Lisa" Puckett Totherow, 56, ascended to her heavenly home on Tuesday, May 3, 2022.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at York Church of God, with Revs. Ed Harris, Leon Parker, Jason Garner and Chad Smith officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Memory Gardens.
Born in York, SC, Lisa was the daughter of the late John Joe Puckett and the late Lucille Humphries Puckett. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Danny Joe Puckett and Larry Sidney Puckett; and her sister, Joyce Puckett Lucas.
Lisa enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She had a contagious smile that made you feel loved and as if she'd known you for years. She had an unconditional love for children and gave the best advice. Lisa was very active in her church and anyone that knew her knows that she was a strong woman of God with unmovable faith. Her goal in life was to "make Heaven crowded".
Surviving are her husband, Kenny Totherow; her son, John Totherow; her brother, Lester Joe (Mary Ellen) Puckett; and a host of relatives.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm-7:30 pm on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Totherow's name to York Church of God, 201 Charlotte St., York, SC 29745.
