Susan Horne Obituary

CHESTER - Susan Wright Horne, 57, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2011, in Chester.

She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Wright Jr. She was a retired LPN from Chester Regional Medical Center and a member of First Baptist Church of Chester.

Susan is survived by her mother, Kitty Wright; her daughter, Amanda Horne; and her brother, Ernie Wright, all of Keowee Harbour, Salem, S.C., and also her daughter, Teresa Roddey of Chester. Her grandchildren are Raven Roddey, C.J. McDonald, Porshe-Lynn McDonald and Nathan Johnson. She was predeceased by one sister, Troy Jane Wright.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. Monday, March 28, at Pollard Funeral Home in Chester. The graveside service will be at 5:30 p.m. in Evergreen Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Clay Waldrip. The family is gathering at 200 Columbia St. in Chester.
