Charlotte, North Carolina - Rev. Theodore "Ted" Cathcart, 73, of 9703 Loughlin Lane, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Atrium Health-Pineville.
The Celebration of Life will be 3 pm, Saturday at Freedom Temple Ministries, 215 E. Main St., Rock Hill, SC 29730.
Rev. Cathcart may be viewed from 5-7 pm, Friday at New Hope United Methodist Church, 270 Aspendale Rd., Rock Hill, SC 29732.
The family will receive friends at the residence.
Robinson Funeral Home of Rock Hill is serving The Cathcart Family.

We are deeply saddened to hear about "TED" a dear and close childhood friend of the family.our deepest Condolences to the CathCart family during this difficult time, family please know that we are hear for you, we are keeping you in our warmest though as you Navigate this difficult time our words can't take away the pain of losing a love One but they can go along way toward helping a grieving family."TED" was a beautiful person that was always smiling. This is a True story as growing up experiencing Childhood. Some days I would peach from my bedroom with the windows raised up call myself delivering a Religious Sermon or a message to my self "TED" & AB & others kids were listening to me preaching. I wasn't aware of that until one day "TED" said I heard you preaching and boy you were going at It. (smileing) "TED" was delivering his preaching from Jesus Christ pulpit on Earth today he will be delivering his preaching from the king Throne in Heaven with All the Angels around him. One Angel got up and started singing Amazing Grace and delivered it to All GOD H / Angels Guess who Mr.Booker CathCart and you know the Rest. Again our Deepest condolences to the CathCart family.
