Bruce Goodwin Obituary
Bruce Nelson Goodwin, 61, of Buchanan passed away on Jan. 24, 2022, at Spectrum Health Lakeland Medical Center, St. Joseph.
There will be a private service for immediate family and a celebration of life will be announced later.

Bruce was born on July 6, 1960, in St. Joseph, the son of the late Nelson and Jeanne (Odell) Goodwin.
He was a Prem Tech at AT&T for many years before recently transferring to the AT&T warehouse. He was a colorful man; from his shirts to his personality, he always found ways to make people smile. He loved building model star ships from Star Wars and Star Trek, as well as traveling throughout Michigan, photographing many beautiful sites along the beaches and dunes which he loved to walk.
Bruce was an avid admirer of birds and other wildlife and his gentle demeanor made him beloved by his many pets over the years. Yet far more than any animals, scenery or science fiction, Bruce loved his family.
To his wife of 19 years, dear son, and all other kin, he consistently displayed a humbling and affectionate attitude that warmed and welcomed. He was joyfully anticipating the birth of his first grandchild. Bruce was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his wife, Kelly; children: Michael (Hannah) Goodwin; a soon-to-arrive grandson; and siblings: Jack (Susan) Goodwin and Sally (Russell) Stine.
Arrangements are entrusted to Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman.
