Carolyn "Mitzie" Ann Naumann, 85, of Stevensville passed away at her home on Nov. 13, 2021.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, at Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman. Friends may meet with the family from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.

Memorials may be given to the family to cover expenses or the Stevensville American Legion Auxiliary Jr.'s, Post 568.

Mitzie was born on Nov. 13, 1936, in Bridgman, the daughter of the late Emil and Elizabeth (Schulz) Loraff.

On Oct. 18, 1988, she married Edwin "Max" Naumann and they shared 33 years together.

Carolyn worked at several bar and restaurants including Red Coach. She was a member of the Stevensville American Legion Auxiliary, Post 568 for more than 50 years. In her younger days, she enjoyed playing golf and bowling.

Survivors include her husband, Max; her daughter, Vickie (Charles) Vertz; step-children: Craig (Regina) Naumann, Brian (Sheli) Naumann, Kevin Naumann, and Holly (Justin) Rzeszut; five grandchildren: Tracy (Shauen) Scheffler, Cole (Kayla) Vertz, Craig Naumann Jr., Chloe Naumann, Peyton Rzeszut; a great-grandson, Dane Scheffler; a sister, Doris McLaughlin; and a dear friend, Linda Mayer.

Mitzie was also preceded in death by her first husband, Victor Trapp; step-son, Jeff Naumann; siblings: Henry and Sonny Loraff, Marie Deterbeck and Dorothy Priefer.
