My condolences to Chuck´s loved ones. As a policeman I worked many child abuse cases with Chuck. I was always happy to see him appear on a call, he always had knowledge about how to proceed. We also served on the AAA advisory board, he was a great ambassador.
Rest easy my friend, you will be miss.
