Joanne was born on Aug. 16, 1947, in Niles to Maurice and Helen (Dilavou) Nelson. She attended Buchanan Schools and on Oct. 12, 1963, she married Larry Fuller in Buchanan. After his discharge from the military, the family settled in New Troy. Joanne was very supportive of all her family and friends. She provided for all of her daughter's needs and enjoyed decorating and entertaining for all of the holidays. In her free time, Joanne enjoyed reading, sewing, jigsaw puzzles and playing word games, especially Scrabble. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Joanne is survived by her daughters: Lorry Johnson of St. Joseph and Sherry Lynn (Brent) Galloro of New Buffalo; and two grandchildren: Joseph Galloro and Brooke Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Maurice Nelson and Helen Milligan; her husband, Larry; and her son-in-law, Allan Johnson.

We loved Aunt Pandy and she was always very sweet to us and our girls. Heaven gained a really sweet angel even though it's so hard without her.
