Karen Breitbarth Obituary
Karen Rody Breitbarth, 67, of St. Joseph passed away Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, at Rose Arbor Hospice in Kalamazoo, Mich. Arrangements are entrusted to Starks & Menchinger Chapel-St. Joseph. Those wishing to sign Karen's memory book online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com.
Karen was born June 5, 1958, in St. Joseph to Bob and Donna Rody. She graduated from St. Joseph High School, Class of 1976. After marrying August "A.J." Breitbarth, they lived in LaPorte, Ind., where Karen was employed as an office manager for several years.
Karen is survived by her mother, Donna Rody of St. Joseph; her sister, Linda (Phillip) Sundberg of Stevensville and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband A.J. on Jan. 27, 2024, and her father, Bob Rody.
