Nancy L. Burchfield, 87, of Lawrence passed away July 26, 2024, at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Mich.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 5, at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma. A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. in Hill Cemetery in Lawrence. Those wishing to leave an online message for the family may do so at www.duffieldpastrick.com.
Nancy was born Jan. 17, 1937, in Lawrence to Glenn and Maxine (Stevens) Davis. She worked for ES Enterprises in Hartford for more than 20 years and had a love for flowers and gardening. A couple other of her favorite pastimes were ceramics and crocheting and she has left behind many beautiful creations. She and her granddaughter, Hali, also loved going to yard sales together.
Nancy is survived by her three sons: Ron (Pam) Burchfield of Bangor, Kevin Burchfield of Hartford and Doug (Melvina) Burchfield of Hartford and one daughter, Marney Santo of Lawrence. Also surviving is one brother, Paul "Snookie" Davis of Elkhart, Ind.; one grandchild, Ron (Sarah) Burchfield Jr., and five great-grandchildren: Ron III, Elle, Scarlett, Avery and Jackson.
Nancy was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Hali Burchfield in 2017 and her brother, Glenn "Pete" Davis Jr., in 2013.
