Nancy V. Cook, 87, of Stevensville passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021, at Spectrum Health Lakeland Medical Center, St. Joseph.
Nancy was born on April 30, 1934, to Edwin and Evelyn (Mosher) Patzkowsky in St. Joseph.
On Feb. 24, 1951, she married Charles Cook. They were married for 63 years before his passing in 2015. Before her retirement, Nancy worked as a supervisor for Zenith Manufacturing.
Nancy enjoyed gardening, going to garage sales and visiting her friends. She was always willing to lend a helping hand and help those in need.
Nancy is survived by her children: Linda Eding of South Haven, Daniel (Donna) Cook of Stafford, Va., and Sharon (Michael) Duffy of Benton Harbor; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren; brothers: James (Charlene) Patzkowsky of Niles, Tony (Sue) Patzkowsky of Tinley Park, Ill., and Tim Patzkowsky of Iowa.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents: Edwin and Evelyn Patzkowsky; husband, Charles Cook; brothers: Richard Patzkowsky and Raymond Patzkowsky; and grandson, Seth Reynolds.
A private service will be held in her honor.
Memorial contributions may be made to Berrien County Cancer Services, 3900 Hollywood Road, St. Joseph.
