Paul S. Jancha, 75, of St. Joseph passed away on Sunday, Nov. 17, 2024, at Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital, St. Joseph. A time of gathering with the family will be from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 23, at Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Services. Paul was born on May 18, 1949, in Augusta, Mich., to Theodore F. and Lois K. (Pitcher) Jancha. He graduated from Mason High School in 1967 and continued his education by attending Alma College, graduating in 1971, and then Notre Dame Law School where he graduated in 1974. On Oct. 16, 1982, Paul married the love of his life, Diane Lott, in Holt, Mich. Paul worked as an attorney for 50 years for the Berrien County community. He enjoyed being outside playing golf at the Point O' Woods and cheering on the Notre Dame football team. However, what he loved most was spending time with his grandchildren.
Paul is survived by his wife of 42 years, Diane; sons: Paul (Monica) Jancha and Adam Winnie; grandchildren: William Theodore, Gabriel James and Caleb Jude; brother, Rick Jancha; nephews: Daniel and David (Theresa) Jancha; and great-niece, Ana Jancha.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Theodore and Lois Jancha.
