TeQuin Butler Obituary
TeQuin Charlys Butler was born on Oct. 20, 1966, to the late Charles and Joyce Butler. On Aug. 18, 2025, she departed this life to be with the Lord.
TeQuin was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was blessed with two daughters: Tenecia Charlon Butler of Lewisville, Texas, and Taryn Chanisse (Justin) Smith of Miami, and two precious grandchildren: Tamia Wheaton and Jor'el Smith.
TeQuin was preceded in death by her parents: Charles and Joyce Butler and her sister, Michelle Butler.
She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved daughters and grandchildren; three brothers: Charles (Angelique) Butler II of Decatur, Ga., Zeric Butler of Benton Harbor and Shandar (Adriane) Butler of New London, Conn.; two nephews: Adrian Butler of Oklahoma, Charles Butler III of Georgia; four nieces: Tammy Burkley of Oklahoma, Bria Butler of Georgia, Celestine Butler of Mississippi and Sanaa Butler of Connecticut, and a host of family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Her service was held Friday, Nov. 7, at Robbins Brothers Funeral Home.
