Mrs. Lillian Elizabeth Shambley Wagner died peacefully at Peak Resources in Graham, N.C., May 15, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Edna and Esker Apple.
She is survived by daughters: Patricia Shambley Clark (Devan "Sonny"), Valinda Shambley Kilbey (Ed), Rosemary Shambley Neighbours (Bill), and Martha Shambley, and one son, Albert Shambley (Coleen). She was predeceased by her husbands W. A. "Buck" Shambley and Leonard Wagner.
Funeral services will be held 3 PM Friday in Walker's Funeral Home Chapel in Hillsborough by Pastor chuck Perkins. Burial will be in the Hillsborough Town Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be 2-3 PM Friday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Eastside Baptist Church, P.O. Box 637, Mebane, NC 27302.
