Hillsborough
Marilyn Long Akins 76 died July 20, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Clinton and Lillian McPherson Long.
Funeral-Friday at 2:00 PM in First Community Baptist Church. Visitation one hour before service in the church.
Survivors are children, Crystal Akins, Kelly Akins Jr., Roland Akins and Tanya Akins; four grandchildren; brothers, Carlton Long, Clinton Long, Steve Long and Dwight Long; step-sister, Debbie Alston; aunt, Ruth Long.
Public viewing - Thursday from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM in Chavis-Parker Funeral Home.
