August 10, 1932 - November 21, 2025
Cary, North Carolina - Mildred Freeland Moody Carroll, 93, of Cary passed away peacefully on November 21, 2025. Born on August 10, 1932 in Paris, Tennessee to Ella Mae and Robert Moody. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Delbert Carroll, her son Kenneth Carroll and many of her siblings. She is survived by her daughter Linda Powell and husband Dan Powell; her four grandchildren and soon to be ten great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Brooks Avenue Church of Christ in Raleigh, on Thursday December 4th at 11 am. The family will receive friends starting at 10 am. Mildred will be laid to rest in Hohenwald, TN, on December 8, 2025.
