Constance Cross Obituary

Connie was born in St. Louis, MO on June 28, 1933, the daughter of Harvey May and Delilah Paine. She was married to Lacey Cross on January 11, 1973 and moved to Sarasota in 1998. She was a graduate of Cleveland High School. Connie was a 50 year member of the Eastern Star Home Chapter No. 113 in St. Charles, MO, Past Queen Of International Order Of Job's Daughters, Daughters Of The Nile and Lady Of The Shrine. Her son John Ward preceded her in death in 1992. She is survived by her husband, Lacey Cross of Sarasota; loving daughter, Kathryn Bramlet (husband Glenn Bramlet) of St Louis, MO; 2 granddaughters, Tamara Lewis and Lisa Owsley of St. Louis, MO; 8 great grandchildren, Kevin Hutchason, Kerstie, Britney and Samantha Bramlet, Heather Muschamp, twins Madison and John, and Aaron Bramlet all of St. Louis, MO. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Jennings Funeral Home & Crematory.

I am so sorry for your loss of one special lady. My cousin, Connie always had a smile and a laugh regardless of what was going on in her life. I loved the long talks we had almost as much as I love you. My memories of her with the rest of the family will live on forever. My deepest sympathy and prayers for all the family and friends in this time. God Bless All.
