Frederick Gottschalk Obituary

Frederick C. Gottschalk, 80, of Nokomis, Fla. passed away on Friday, Dec. 2, 2011. He was a native of Port Clinton, Ohio. He was a well respected marine manufacturers representative of many years, he also volunteered at the Elephants Trunk (a hospital thrift shop in Venice, Fla). He was member of the Venice Presbyterian Church and the Fraternal order of the Elks.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Susan R. Frederick Gottschalk; daughters Deborah (Michael) Campbell, Patricia (David) Shaffer-Gottschalk and Julie ( Kent) Joy; grandchildren Renata Shaffer-Gottschalk, Petra Shaffer-Gottschalk, James Farmer, Christine Farmer, Caitlin Joy, Casey Joy and Caleb Joy; two great-grandchildren.
There are no services planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to Tidewell Hospice, 220 Wexford Blvd., Venice FL 34293, or the charity of your choice.
