Leroy Ainsworth, 81, of North Port, Florida, died on Jan 8, 2021. Services will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at First Baptist Church of North Port, 8000 Dorothy Avenue. A viewing will be held one hour prior and burial will be held at Venice Memorial Gardens following the funeral. Funeral arrangements by: Farley Funeral Home in North Port.

My dad was perfectly our dad. The first man i ever loved. And I have always secretly admired my dad. I know he is with mom and other loved ones in the arms of Jesus our Savior. Love and miss you dad.

Leroy was just a wonderful man . . He was generous, kind, sweet, funny, and so so special. I always saved all my butterscotch candies for him :) He will be missed but I know that he is in Heaven with his wife. My prayers and sympathies go out to all of his family.
