Castillian is still not the same without my sweet, supportive very good friend Woodie. Her name is still mentioned among the renters that knew her. She made quite a mark in a lot of people's lives and hearts.

Many people will enter and leave your life. But few will always remain in your heart. And thats where Woodie will always remain. In my heart. Longboat Key is still not the same. Miss her so much.

I meet Woodie in 2001 as she lived in the same building. It was no time before I realized just what an incredible lady she was... Keen wit, wonderful insights to life and she could converse on politics and economics into the night. She brought a lot of joy into so many lives and all of us get to keep the wonderful memories of time we spent with her. A wonderful gift to keep.

I met Woodie in 2001 in Longboat Key and we became fast friends. And became closer over the years. She helped me through some very difficult times and I will never forget her. A very sad day for me was when she left Longboat Key. Also for many others. I will miss our glass of wine on the lanai. She always gave the best advice. She will always be in my heart.
