Richard VanNostrand Obituary
Dec. 15, 1947 - Oct. 13, 2015
Richard Allen VanNostrand, 67, passed away on October 13, 2015 after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. Richard was born in Detroit and served his country during Vietnam. Upon his return, he settled in Florida. Richard was a local insurance agent and member of the rotary club. He enjoyed hiking National Parks, playing ice hockey, biking and photography. Richard is preceded in death by his parents, William and Shirley VanNostrand and his brother, James VanNostrand. Richard is lovingly remembered by his son, Richard VanNostrand; daughter, Natalie (Douglas) Brand and grandchildren, Alexa & Austin. His quiet presence will be greatly missed.
