I knew Bob when we both worked for Chesterton. He was
a good guy, some of his jokes were funny.

The highlight of attending the Los Angeles Jazz Institute Festivals wasn't the music, it was the bonds of friendship that were forged as we met old friends and made new ones who shared our love of the music. Bob was one of those friends whose attendance at the festival always made it special. He will be missed. In the photo attached friends from left, Larry Israel, BVL, Peter Friedman, JAH, Ken Koenig, and George Ziskind (also deceased and greatly missed).
