I had the great pleasure of working with Sylvia at Montgomery County Government for quite a few years. She was a very kind, sweet and fun loving person who was simply a joy to be around. My sincere condolences to her familyon her passing.

Sylvia, much to her chagrin, was like a second mother to me. I have been best friends with Karen (her youngest) for 40 years. I eventually grew on her over the years, when she realized that I was here to stay. I have many great memories of her and the family. Sending hugs and love to all!
