Thomas Creel Obituary

Thomas (Tom) D. Creel, 68, of Sarasota passed away April 23, 2016.
Tom graduated from USF, served in the US Army and then began a 30 year career in healthcare. He was a Sales Executive with Baxter International and a co-founder of Home Dialysis of America.
Tom's business success was only eclipsed by his loving marriage to wife, Charlene; his proud role as Father to Scott Thomas, Kelsey Lange and Keith David Creel; being the playful grandfather to six beautiful grandchildren; and the larger-than-life brother to Bill Creel, Suzie Ratliff and Rebecca DeRosa. His passions included fishing, golfing and sport shooting which he relished introducing to others.
A celebration of Tom's life will be planned for a future date. Donations may be made to Moffitt Cancer Center-Cutaneous in his name.
