The Rev. Herman Eugene Buchanan, 80, of Nebo, passed away Monday, Feb. 14, 2022. He served as pastor for Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Marion. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louvenia Buchanan. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Beam Funeral Service of Marion is assisting the Buchanan family.

Family, I am sorry for your loss.
The linage of Ed and Dora Buchanan are leaving this old world. We are gaining our true home in Heaven.
We have several left here. We are so blessed to have so many cousins. We don't see each other often, the love is always there.
We were blessed to have been reared in Christians families.

Herman was a kind gentle soul. His sister brought him to a Memory Cafe group and I was privileged to get to know him and his sister. Prayers for comfort and peace during this difficult time.
