Mr. Jordan Olajuwon Ramseur, 34, of Conover, passed away Sunday, Feb. 14, 2021.
He was born June 18, 1986, in Catawba County, a son of Caryon Ramseur and the late Sidney Tyrone Ramseur. He was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Catawba and employed as a sander at McCreary Modern.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Caryon McCombs Ramseur; son, Jaquavion Abrams of Conover; daughter, Jasiyah Ramseur of Hickory; brothers, Shaun Ramseur and wife, Christy, of Hickory and Shawn Deaton of Conover; sister, Shamada Rankins of Charlotte; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 20, at Living Word Church, in Maiden with the Revs. Donald Gray and Leslie Williamson officiating. Burial will follow at Maiden Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m., at the church, prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to his children, Jaquavion Abrams and Jasiyah Ramseur.

I am truly praying for you all. Pain never goes away but as years pass it will get easier family. May god continue to wrap his arms around you all and especial his children, parents and family. To my second FAMILY the Ramseur´s. I am so sorry for the family´s loss. I do pray that gods arms are around the family and hold them in this time of need. I remember when Jordan was a baby, Monica Griffith and I used to ride him around in the maxima. This is truely a hard time for the family and friends so lean on each other for support and God! Love uns!
