Max Bolick Obituary
Max Henry Bolick, 87, of Conover, N.C., went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Carolina Caring surrounded by his loved ones.
Born on November 14, 1937, in Catawba County, N.C., Max was the son of the late Ralph and Maude Sherrill Bolick. Max loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandson, Cody Bolick, and he will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his two brothers, Jerry Bolick and James Bolick.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 56 years, Dycie Smith Bolick; his son, Jason Bolick and wife, Jennifer; his grandson, Cody Bolick; his two sisters, Linda Lawing and Betty Bolick, as well as his beloved dog, Charlee.
A Memorial Service will be held at Catawba Funeral Home at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2025, with his nephew, Reverend Matthew Lawing officiating.
The family will receive friends after the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carolina Caring in Max's name.
